Michael Uysal has litigated over 5,000 workers’ compensation and social security disability cases and has over 20 years experience and is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. Michael is fluent in Spanish. Michael opened his practice in January 2007. The concept was a simple one: injured workers shouldn’t have to travel all the way to lower Manhattan to see their attorney. The practice was opened in the Inwood section of Northern Manhattan, primarily serving Northern Manhattan and the Bronx. Michael was prominently featured in a profile in the Manhattan Times in Feb. 2007.

Mr. Rosen has been representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board since 2015. He has experience in handling a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims, including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, occupational diseases/repetitive trauma claims, and claims involving third party actions. Mr. Rosen has successfully represented injured workers throughout New York State and has advocated for his clients to obtain financial and medical benefits in their most desperate time. Brian has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2013 and New York since 2014 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
